Hi, and thanks for using JustAnswer.

Add this page to your Favorites/Bookmarks first, so as to get back to me anytime later on, if needed.

Which program do you get this error in? Is it Google Chrome, by any chance?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.
You have probably realised I am not very technical. But yes it is google chrome,
I see, no problem. Now, first off, please go to Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Folder Options. Click on the 'View' tab, then select 'Show hidden files and folders'. Click Ok.

Done that, go to Start > Computer, then navigate to to the following location:

C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\

Delete the file "Web Data" listed in that folder. Your issue with Google Chrome should be resolved thereafter.

Keep me posted.
