Ok thank you for that information. I am going to give you a couple of things to try. The first thing is to use an alternate web browser called firefox. The reason I am asking you to do this is to make sure that it is not a deeper computer issue but is only an internet explorer issue.Click the link and download and install this browser and try using it for a few minutes and see if it crashes like internet explorer does:http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/Now if it does work in firefox but you would like to fix your internet explorer browser here is how you can try that.In your internet explorer browserClick on Tools > Internet Options.Click on the Advanced tab and ResetMake sure delete personal settings IS NOT checkedClick Reset, then Reset again.Click OKIf you the problem remains after following my instructions do not hesitate to click reply to expert and let me know. Please remember when you are asked to rate my service you are rating me personally and the service and information I have provided for you. You are not rating this website, internet explorer, or the situation itself.A negative rating effects me greatly so if you feel the need to rate one of the first 2 faces please click reply to expert and let me know what I can do to further help. A positive rating is the only way I receive credit for my time spent with you.Thank You-Chris
