Ok. I restarted my asus to complete the updates and it flashing the blue screen and unable to boot. I feel that a new hard drive will be the best solution for my computer. I appreciate your offer to provide me with a hard drive and it being affordable. I found a hard drive and will part ways for now. Thank you for the time you took to address my question, I ranked you on behalf of the great customer service you provided even though the problem was not fixxed.
