default mail client not properly instslled

with difficulty I installed firefox.com, now have numerous icons.when getting "South downs way national trail" your browser does not have the macro media flash player and will not display the interactive map "click"to download latest version of flash player.which downloads but dose only appear to go round in circles.
And does the mail work properly?
Yes it does from individuals. but when asking web site to respond via e-mail as in "southdown way trip, accommodation" it does not accept request.
I will look into it!
I have made contact with other users of the email drop down and they get a link from within the "south downs way trip" accommodation within the website.when I use the link there is no response.the other e-mails appear to be working
