Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7?

Thank you.

Received your messages but cant find your answer.

Sorry.

Expert:  Viet - Computer Tech replied 4 years ago.
I'm sorry, I thought the issue was resolved. Please try the following:

- Please right-click on an empty space on the Desktop, then select Arrange Icons By, then make sure both "Auto Arrange", and "Align to Grid" are not checked. If needed, check the option: "Lock Web Items on Desktop" .

- If that does not work, arrange the icons the way you want, then press & keep holding the Shift key on your keyboard, then click on Start, then Shutdown, then select the Restart option. Do not release the Shift key until the computer restarts completely, then check.

- If that still does not work, download and install the CCleaner software
http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download
, then open it and run both the Cleaner and Registry options.
, then restart the computer and check. Try all the previous suggestions again as needed.

Thank you.

My wireless logitech mouse moves much slower (the arrow) than my microsoft

mouse connected with cable to USB. Configuration exactly the same for both.
