LeGin :

To uninstall AOL OnePoint:

1. Click on Start (Windows XP) or the Windows flag (Windows Vista/7) in the lower, left corner of the computer screen.

2. Click Control Panel.

3. Click Add or Remove Software (Windows XP), or Programs and Features (Vista/Windows 7).

4. In the Programs list, find the AOL OnePoint software, highlight it, and click to Uninstall.

5. If you plan to re-install your AOL OnePoint, select Yes when you see the screen that says Save secure password XXXXX? If you don't plan to re-install your AOL OnePoint, click No.

6. An optional Uninstall Survey will open.

7. Restart your computer -- shutting down and restarting the computer finishes the removal process.

How do you delete all of the program so it doesn't control the code to get into my

Bank? That was the intent to cancel the program. But, obviously it isn't working

that way. Let me know if something can be done. It goes without saying that if

that can't be repaired that I definitely would not be satisfied !!!!!

Thank you, Ed & Donna

All you have to do is while uninstalling is it asks. If you plan to re-install your AOL OnePoint, select Yes when you see the screen that says Save secure password file? click No.

That will remove all the saved files.

Now that you have uninstalled already, you have reinstall the Aol One Point and uninstall it.

I'm disturbed that all of the program was not deleted. And, we still
can't get into our bank online. Since we are stuck with the $38 fee, could you
possibly do something ????????
