I cannot access my sbcglobal.net e-mail account. My password XXXXX longer matches their records. I have not changed my password, but I did change my street address under the personal information....

I tried as you suggested and came up with the following message:

I've tried calling AT&T but don't have a paid account with them. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the number. Believe or not, just as I got through all of the prompts and a service person came on the line, AT&T disconnected the call. I'm trying a different route now.

I call AT&T and they tell me it's a Yahoo problem; I call Yahoo and they tell me it's an AT&T problem. Any suggestions?

SBCglobal and ATT emails have almost zero support and blame it on Yahoo!. The only thing you can do is to get help from someone at AT&T
