Help...I am trying to log into: https://www.careermapping.com/sterling.......I need to go onto this site and take 2 online test employement with Shaw's Jewelers. I cannot find this link. Went through Yahoo and Google both and cannot get there. Please help. Thank you.

ok..I can not find the web site attached to the link but it is not for Shaw's Jewelers

Both Yahoo and Google and I get the same thing.

ok, but are you accessing Yahoo/Google through Internet Explorer/Firefox/Chrome?

Through Internet Explorer again I keep hitting reply and it won't go through...why????

ok, we can reset the Internet Explorer settings and see if that allows you to access the correct site

in Internet Explorer, can you go to the Tools menu?

and choose Internet Options

once there choose Advanced

Steve Herrod :

and then click 'Reset'

ok it says I have to close all windows before hitting reset which means I will close you as well..and again I can not send my reply...this chat session is not working.

I am getting very frustrated with this.

there might be some issues with chat - if you bookmark this page you can come straight back to the session after the reset has been performed
