Are you trying to login to the Administration or back-end portal of your WP site to manage it? Please tell me the WWW address or URL of the site.

Www.synergyhealthmanagement.com i am needing to get in to the dashboard I go in all the time but my password XXXXX XXXXX working so I tried using the "lost your password" option and it will not reset for me . My site has been hacked and is full of Viagra links I am needing to get in there and fix it or I will have to shut my website down

Also, do you have access to the cPanel of your Web Hosting server?

Yes that is where I went to login and when it did not work I asked to reset my password XXXXX the link it emails me does not work

I am not sure what a Cpannel is but I do have access to the web hosting

Are you the one who setup the WP site in your web hosting server?
Are you using FTP to access the web server files or using the cPanel interface?

If you are certain that you entered the correct email address when you registered the Admin account, then please check if the link has been sent already to the email address. Look at the SPAM folder also. The reset link could have been emailed already but sent to the spam folder.
