Open Global Storage Settings panel
And move slide to Unlimited
That should remove the message

When you open desired video
it will ask you again to allow
when you allow, right-click on the video area and select Settings
Then click on 3rd icon
and set slider to Unlimited.
then Restart computer and check if it's working
This didn't work, but I went back into global security and global privacy settings and used your formule as far as the re-boot after each and the problem is solved. Thank you and keep this for otheres as I know several others that need the same fix, however I will send them to you instead of telling them myself as you can use the money and I try to be an honest john.
