On Sat. May19, my son and I purchased a magicJack ( #A921) and installed it. It went to sleep at night even if my computer was left on. I had to restart it, even in the afternoon, if I'd been away from my computer a few hours. This was a terrible inconvience to me, as I missed important calls.Therefore, Sat. May 19 I went back to my Radio Shake and bought a MagicJack PLUS. It seems to be working just fine.I would like to send my first MagicJack back, for a refund of $39.99. Visit this link http://support.magicjack.com/returns.htm… Select "I want to return my magicJack" from the drop down menu In the comments, ask for an "RMA number "Press "Submit"IF there is no drop down menu. Just enter your email , tracking and order # XXXX NO SPACES. Hit submit and a screen will come up that you will need to print off. On this same screen they supply you with a RMA #. Write your RMA # XX the front of the package and RETURN TO SENDER. Also this is the Magic Jack customer service number where you can leave a message for them to call you back. 1-561-594-2140.
