I Can't Get Into My Club Pogo Account. I know my screen name. I forgot my password XXXXX pogo has the wrong email address for me. How can I get back into my account?
Do you have access to the email they have on file for you or is there any way you can recover that email?

The website seems to make it virtually impossible to actually contact a representative about account details. Is opening a new account with a new email an option for you?
Hello and welcome to Just Answer, Pogo is a difficult company to get a hold of a live person. I have had a personal account with Pogo for years. I first suggest you try this link... http://gethuman.com/call-back/Pogo-EA-Games/ When you go to that website select the ORANGE start call-back button. Then put in your phone number and hit enter. Pogo customer service number should call you back. If that does not work you can also try. 1-866-543-5435 and press 0 at every prompt to speak to a live person.
I have tried that and got no "live person" to help me.
Unfortunately, you are not going to be able to retrieve your password XXXXX having access to the email that you registered the account with. You could try and enter as many passwords you can remember. Most people tend to use the same password XXXXX all of their various accounts. You may get lucky and hit the one that you used to use.
Opening a new account with your current email address is an option. Other than that continuing to try and reach Pogo via the above phone number is XXXXX last resort.
Every answer you have given me so far, I appreciate. However I have already tried or thought of prior to "asking my question" all of which you suggested. So although I appreciate what you have done so far...I AM NOT satisfied with your suggestions and I DO NOT accept your answer. Thank you.
