Please click on Start then type in MSCONFIG then press enter Click on the Startup tab and disable all Click APPLY then OK You will be prompted for a restart. Restart your computer. The reboot time and load should be quicker. Once you reboot your computer please do this:
click Start
Type the following command in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER:
inetcpl.cpl
The Internet Options dialog box appears.
After that is complete please run a virus scan: , please download/run Malware Bytes. You can download it here ---> http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html After it is downloaded/installed then run a FULL scan. Once it is completed, removed any viruses and restart your computer. (When prompted DO NOT start the trial, again DO NOT start the trial otherwise it will ask for you to pay at the end of the scan)
