Hello and welcome to JustAnswer. I look forward to assisting you today with your question and providing the best answer possible.

Greetings,

Please, do not forget to leave feedback, if you found my answer helpful.

This problem can be a result of incorrect security settings in your Internet Explorer configuration.

Please, perform the following steps to solve your problem:
- Close all Internet Explorer windows (VERY IMPORTANT STEP)
- Click the Start button
- Click Run
- Type: inetcpL.cpL
- Press the Enter key on the keyboard
- Click the Advanced tab on the top right
- Click the Reset button
- Click the checkbox and click RESET
- Open Internet Explorer and verify that all is well.

More often than not, such issues arise when something with the Internet Explorer configuration becomes corrupt. The instructions above will remove the corruption. The instructions above can be used any time in the future if you have another problem with Internet Explorer.

Please, keep me updated on the status of your problem if there are any further issues. I will be available to respond.

Thank you,
- Jason
