My "Hotmail" account is frozen. You can only answer to my google account. I had help from "Just answer about this before, however, it seems to be getting worse! It seems to affecting my whole computer.
Optional Information: Computer OS: Windows Vista Browser: Chrome Already Tried: A tech from Just Answer switched my operating system from IE to Chrome. It is taking longer to boot and my "Hotmail" is frozen.......I can not get into my account. You have to reply to my google account.

NO, I have not. The last tech I had.............shadowed my computer and did work on it.
What happens when you try to log into the hotmail account?
I can log in, however, from that point the account does NOTHING......like it is frozen. I want to tell you my son has told me that he was on a couple of porn sites. Could that be an issue?
ok, here's what you need to do.......
Go here and download the free version.......
http://www.malwarebytes.org/
Run a full scan and delete everything it finds.
If a virus is your issue this will take care of it. Keep the malwarebytes program and run once a week or so to prevent further issues.
I already have Malwarebytes on my computer. I also have changed the password XXXXX times. I definetly need you shadow my computer!!!Ron
