Save this page to your favorites/bookmarks, so you can easily get back to the site. When you reach the site click on login (top right) and use the email you created the JustAnswer account with. It appears McAfee is still installed your PC. Click on "Start" Control Panel.

Then click on Add/Remove program. A list of installed programs will appear on your PC.

Scroll down to McAfee and remove the program. It may require a restart to fully uninstall. Let me know how you make out after uninstall.
