???
Example Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail
Tca-online.net.au
Ah ok, now do you know how to log onto you online account?

If so Please log onto your online account and tell me if all of your mail that is stored in Windows LIve is also stored on your online account
already on
Ok is all the mail that is stored in your windows live account also stored in the Online account?
yes
OK then you have no worries of loosing any mail when you re install.
Before You re install I am going to have you try something
thanks
I am going to have you do a system restore to a point in time before yesterday. If you find that this does not fix the issue then go ahead and delete the program and re install it
Give me a few minutes to type up all your steps.
dis a systems restore yesterday
Ok and it did not help I take it
Then I recommend that you re install the software no reason to worrie about lost emails.
I am going to give you a link to a good Software uninstaller
no still get JIT or JLT debugger not registeredf...everything else in mail works , just that I can't reply to e mails in the in box
Dont use the built in windows uninstaller its not as thorough
OK once moment
one*
Also says " assembly binding logging is OFF"
Ok User this Program to uninstall it. CLICK HERE download and install it. Once you open it up click on windows live mail in the big box and then choose uninstall at the top. ITs then going to ask you how you want to uninstall it. choose Advanced. Complete the uninstall. Restart your machine, then re download and install Windows LIve.
Do you have any questions about that?
When our chat ends here I will be sending you an email that email will contain a link back to these instructions and a box where you can respond to me if you need any more help.

Am I looking for Uninstaller Pro ?
OK when you click on this link CLICK HERE dont click on anything else on that page wait for a downoad box to pop up
You must have not waited long enough for the box to pop up and you clicked on something on that page you dont want anything else but the thing that pops up after a few seconds
Its Called Revo Uninstaller
If you installed any other programs when trying to install this you can use this program to also uninstall them
Ok have installed the Uninstaller.....the options it gives me does not include Windows Live Mail
OK do you have the program opened up now?
Can't see Window Live mail in options for uninstalling
Ok you should see it in the big box in the middle look at all the icons one should be windows live you dont need to go to the options
Still there ?????
Yes
Are you seeing WIndows LIve mail in the list of programs in the middle?
Are you still There
If you are unable to find Windows LIve Mail using that program then you can just use the built in one.
Go to start > Control Panel > Uninstall Programs > Find Windows LIve Mail in the list and click on it > Click on uninstall at the top of the page > Once uninstalled restart your computer. Now Download Windows Live Essentials CLICK HERE
Still the same ........
Re loaded and still receive "debugging message "
hmm, that is weird. let me check on something
What is JLT or JIT ?
or a de bugger ?
Well A debugger is a built in program that helps debug issues and allows a support specialist gather logs and such to trouble shoot the issue.
It wants me to add one manually...
I am not completely sure why this re install is not working. The only thing I can think is that when you uninstalled it the Windows uninstaller did not remove everything
Did you use the program I had you download or did you use windows to uninstall it
No your programme
Did you use the advanced opiton
when it asked you
It completely removed it ......
ok I am out of ideas that should have fixed it. I am going to opt out and see if another expert has any ideas how to fix this.
Should I try to remove all Windows Live and not just Mail ?
