The only option is to reinstall your operating system. This will save your data/photo/files you reinstall it carefully.

But, the program installed on the computer will be lost and you will have to reinstall them again.

Make parallel installation using Windows 7 disk carefully. This will show your data in the Windows.old folder once is done sucessfully.

You see the size of the drives, please choose the drive with highest space used. This contains old the operating system. click Next, you will get a message immediately that your files will be transferred to the windows. old folder .

If you have access to another computer that has a cd burner on it. Go to the site below and download the xp/vista live cd version of Orphcrack onto a cd. Take the cd and put it into the affected computer and reboot it. It will boot to the cd and following the instructions it will take the password XXX the machine. You can then get into it. This is really a simple program but if you need some help along the way I am also giving you a site with a tutorial for the program.
