ATT.net mail will not retrieve my mail. I work with a program called "Buffalonas.com". Have used it for months and am now receiving a message - "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

You can call(NNN) NNN-NNNNand press option 2, but it's advisable to try the steps below first since hold times can take up to and beyond 1 hour.

Then choose as under:
product Yahoo! Account-ATT email account is managed by Yahoo.
category Password XXXXX sign in,
sub-category unable to sign in.
Now, at the box under Write a short description, type password and click on Enter.
Then click on Contact Customer Care under Password XXXXX.
Then click on Email Now.
Now, fill out as much information as possible in the Yahoo email account recovery form in order to prove that you are the owner of your Yahoo email account, then click on Send at the bottom to submit the account recovery form.
Note: You will need another email address that you have access to, so that Yahoo can contact you. If you don't have a working email address, you can create a free new email account at www.gmail.com.or www.hotmail.com
Yahoo will contact you later, usually within about 24-48 hours, after verifying your submitted recovery form, in order to recover your yahoo email account.
This was all done yesterday and it did not help. I can get my mail if I go through ATT.net Mail Classic but it does not solve my other problem of being able to access the Buffalonas.com program.
