My address has XXXXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX now it seems to XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX. How do I access my messages XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX instead XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXXPlese understand I don't want to change to the att.net I want to XXXXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX since it effects my business contacts..
Thanks for choosing Justanswer, My name is XXX XXX I will be assisting you today.
I am not able to actually see your email address, I need to know the information just after that @ sign for the email address that you are trying to use and then one that you are being forced to use
My email address is XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX however moving from missouri to illinois necessitated another email address which I do not use at all. that address being XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX.... Thay assured me that I could keep the original sbcglobal.net since it was used as a business email... I DO NOT need the att.net address at this time and the other e-mail address has about 1500 messages in itt
I did not get an answer
Ok, I am not able to see your email addresses, for secuirty reasons. I need you to give the information just after the @ sign please. I am trying to work on your answer, I can't give you an answer with out the information. Thank You
XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX
Just the information AFTER the @ SIGN
sbcglobal.net
so this is the email address that you want, so what is the one that they are making you use?
So when you are trying to check your sbcglobal email where do you go to check it and what happens when you do this?
When I pull up the SBC global e-mail onmy desk top . it now pulls up sbc att.net
where do you go when you check your mail, do you go through the web or do you use an email program such as outlook
