I have been blocked on my current hotmail account and I have mo other e-mail account. I have just started a new business and need it fixed immediately. I tried to follow the steps provided but when i click the continue button it gives me a server run error and doesn't let me continue. I can't even post a question on the help board because it won't let me sign in. PLEASE HELP! My blocked e-mail address XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX

rebooting, sign in & sign out, following the promts but their is some sort of error on your side that stops me from continueing on.

not really, I think that it is one I used in college don.t remember password XX it and not 100% sure of what e-mail address is

Once your account has been blocked, it is usually for a 24 hour period

No it wont unfortunately, if your account has been hacked which is a possibility, you will need to submit a form to them for account recovery

When the scan is complete it will ask you to repair the issues

Once the repair has been done it will ask you to restart the computer to clean everything out

in the threats detected it has 36 items currently, which is crazy because I just bought this computer last week!

It depends on the size of your drive, it can be up to an hour

It can be, it depends on how many requests they have

When they get back with you, they should provide you a link to get back into your account

They should allow you to get back in without problems

man I hope so, I got a lot of my new business stuff in there

I hope so too, thats the bad thing about free accounts, is when things go wrong the customer service really isnt there

Your having to deal with links to reset and forms etc
