hi... my computer screen jumps around, and scrolls without me touching anything... so annoying! any idea why and what I can do to stop it??

click start, run and type in msconfig and press enter

in the new window, click on the startup tab and select disable all

then on the services tab, make sure to check hide all microsoft services then select disable all
