Yegarboy :

Ok that is great news

Customer:

actually the other one is too

Yegarboy :

1 of 2 things has happened

Customer:

ok?

Yegarboy :

1. The motherboars internal video has crapped out

Yegarboy :

2. the monitor has failed

Customer:

ok, if its 1. how do i fix that? We have recently replaced the screen as our other one failed

Yegarboy :

Its probably the internal video. You can get a cheap plug and play video card for like 10 bucks

Customer:

where is that located, should I pull out the one there now?

Yegarboy :

Go to any pc shop or bestbuy even walmart i think has them

Yegarboy :

You will plug it into the white slot that runs side to side on the bottom

Yegarboy :

Its card a PCI card

Customer:

ok, thanks. Is there one somewhere in here that i need to remove?

Yegarboy :

not a thing

Customer:

ok, so i'm off to the shops and then it should work yeah?

Yegarboy :

Yes it should. Just make sure the pc is off. plug in the card and plug your video cable into in.

Yegarboy :

There is a tiny metal bracet on the back of the pc that has to come out before the card can go in. Youll see it. It just pops out.

Customer:

what does the video cable look like?

Yegarboy :

write down the make and model of your pc so they can give you the right card

Yegarboy :

Its the cable that runs from the monitor to the pc

Customer:

cool. good one

Yegarboy :

Be sure and let me know how it goes. If the above doesnt work. I suggest taking it in for repair. But im confident this will work. If you are happy with my service please click Accept. :)

Customer:

thanks

Yegarboy :
