My ie9 keeps shutting down,stops responding,What is wrong,How can I fix it ,I have pc cleaner and run it all the time.

I think so,I have it set to do automatcally

When I use 2 diffent browsers,IE9 and Foxfire ,do I have to download updates to each browswer or does it do it on it's own?

no.not really i like foxfire best but i do surveys alot and they don't always work right on foxfire
