Can you please tell me what web browser you are using? Is it Internet Explorer? Firefox?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.
I have internet explorer
Expert:  Frederick S. replied 4 years ago.

To get favorites toolbars back in Internet Explorer, please hold the keys (ALT + V) then pick View > Toolbars > and pick Menu bar. Then go back to View (should be in the top left now) and select Toolbars > Favorites bar, then go back to View > Toolbars > Command bar, and that should be it.

You can also pick Favorites from the top-right corner (the small star icon next to the house) and click the "Favorites" tab (if it isn't already selected) to see a pane on the side of the web browser with all of your favorites instead of going to the "Favorites" menu option. (If you have IE8, that icon is in the top left of the tabs).
