Customer Question

My toolbar was changed and I want the old one back. I can't figure out how to do simple tasks anymore such as forward via email a page I pull up via a link. Can I get the old toolbar back please?

Optional Information:
Computer OS: Windows XP

Already Tried:
Nothing, as I have no idea what to do. I can't operate the new tool bar and have limited time to deal with this issue. Just give me the tool bar back that I had yesterday please.

Can i remote on and have a look ?

Customer replied 404 days and 23 hours ago.

yes. you can access remotely. And no -- it is not when in my email but rather when I access the internet via Google, all of the tools above the page I pull up have been modified so that I can no longer, for example, click on a print icon (at least I don't see it) or click on an icon to forward the page to someone else via attachment to an email.

You fixed it for me!! I just went through those steps and "got back" the icons that had been "lost." This is perfect. Thanks!

Can you help me with another question please since you did a great job last wee? For whatever reason, now when I click on any links contained in emails, I receive a message bar with a big X and the following: "The operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." This is really a problem. Please help!
