Yes. And I have set it to medium high but no sound at all.

No. But there is a green light on the speaker which is on. I guess I could take the speakers out and see if I hear anything from the inbuilt speakers?

Yes. And i have created a password XXXXX use it.

From the Acer eRecovery Management window on the left click Restore, then click Reinstall Drivers or Applications.

The restore button is greyed so will not work. Do I need to select Full or Fast?

Yes. I have done that and it has reinstalled.

ACtually no. I now am at the Acer Launch Center and it wants me to re-install Vista?
