How do i add a trusted site to my safari?
Optional Information: Computer OS: Mac OS X Browser: Safari
Hi! My name isXXXXX look forward to assisting you and providing you with the information you need. Press CTRL + D to bookmark this page.Safari doesn't really have instructions for adding trusted sites the way Internet Explorer on Windows does; however, you can add a certificate, if you've received one, in the Utilities folder and then drag it onto Keychain Access (or use the Import menu in Keychain Access). You can find Keychain Access in /Applications/Utiliites.Thanks!
what do you mean by certificate
If you don't know what I mean by that, then that isn't what you're looking for. A certificate is provided by a company to you to make that web site/domain "trusted" on your computer. But since it hasn't been provided to you, and you're unaware of what I'm referencing, then you need not worry about adding any site to a 'trusted' list because only Internet Explorer has such a list that can be managed within the web browser. All other web sites work off of certificates that are generally provided to you by the company.Thank you.
