What I am trying to determine is if your browsers - IE9 or Mozilla Firefox are the issues
I am able to open the page you gave me easily on IE8
If you were not able to load the page, and I was, I will walk you through going back to IE8
This is what happens when I try to load the MSN page you gave me...loads but no pictures......
Your browser or operating system does not meet the minimum requirements to play on MSN Games. You may be able to download games for offline play; however, the online games can be played only with Internet Explorer version 7 or later, and Windows XP or later
let me work on the destop, I cannot keep up doing both. I would like ie 8 not sure?
should I load firefox on it
now it is not working at all.
i am restarting laptop
I cannot help you unless I know what you are talking about
1. use laptop
2. open mozilla firefox
3. go to msn games
4. tell me IN DETAIL what you see or do not see
5. If things are not loading at all, see if you can go to a page like
this will test if it is a connectivity or broswer issue
please do ONLY the above, so I can help you
I AM AT MSN GAMES

If Windows Firewall is blocking a program and you want to allow that program to communicate through the firewall, you can usually do that by selecting the program in the list of allowed programs (also called the exceptions list) in Windows Firewall. To learn how to do this, see Allow a program to communicate through Windows Firewall.
However, if the program isn't listed, you might need to open a port. For example, to play a multiplayer game with friends online, you might need to open a port for the game so that the firewall allows the game information to reach your computer. A port stays open all the time, so be sure to close ports that you don't need open anymore.
Open Windows Firewall by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type firewall, and then click Windows Firewall.
In the left pane, click Advanced settings. If you're prompted for an administrator password XXXXX confirmation, type the password XXXXX provide confirmation.
In the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security dialog box, in the left pane, click Inbound Rules, and then, in the right pane, click New Rule.
Follow the instructions in the New Inbound Rule wizard.
If you're having trouble allowing other computers to communicate with your computer through Windows Firewall, you can try using the Incoming Connections troubleshooter to automatically find and fix some common problems.
Open the Incoming Connections troubleshooter by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type troubleshooter, and then click Troubleshooting. Click View all, and then click Incoming Connections.
Try re-launching your game.
Please close this window and re-launch your game.If this problem persists, there may be network issues with the server or a problem with your firewall configuration. Please check your firewall settings by viewing the Open Ports FAQ.
I have opted out so that another expert can take this as you wished.
