I downloaded Roxio 2012 today via order XXXXXXXXXXX as customer 113580665708 but when after all the downloading and going through the setup I could not install Roxio because I could not see the product key in either of the three e-mails I received; one from Roxio, two from sonicstorecs of which both are attached.
