Hello, here is the info to get into the Netgears Router Setup Page.


1) Open Internet Explorer

2) Type 192.168.0.1 (in the address bar/url at the top) and press enter

 

Username: admin
Password: password

 

 

Please follow this guide from Netgear to be able to view or reset your wireless password XXXXX let me know if you run into any problems...

To view or reset a wireless network password: Log in to your NETGEAR router by browsing to http://www.routerlogin.net/ or http://www.routerlogin.com/. Enter the username (admin) and password. By default, the password XXXXX XXXXX XXXXX 1234 unless it has already been changed.

 

From the left-hand navigation menu of the Router Manager, select Set Up > Wireless Settings.


From the center screen, select your encryption type from under the Security Options heading.


If the wireless network passphrase is visible, review it and use it to log devices onto your network. If it is not visible, type a new passphrase into the text box and click Apply.

NOTE: You will need an ink pen to do this.

 

1) Press and Hold the RESET Button on the back of the router for 1 minute

2) UNplug the Power Cable from the back of the router for 1 minute

3) Plug the Router back up and let it power on

4) Run Netgear Setup CD
