Is the computer in warranty?
You have to replace the hard drive of your computer in order to get it resolved.
It is better to contact a local technician, check the hard drive, backup all the data in the hard drive and replace it.
You need to have the Windows disc in order to install it on your new computer.
If I get another computer can i save all my photos from my old one with the windows disc
You have to connect the hard drive to another computer as an external or second drive in order to back it up.
I apologize that I cannot resolve the issue, since it is related t the hardware.
