I have been trying to log into my email, which you automatically do for me, but now when I try, I am told that my username is XXXXX XXXXX for my mobile. I have tried everything to get into my email account, but have been unsuccessful so far. I have email alerts on my mobile so I know that there are emails I need to read. Can you please help me.

I am basically told that it is wrong and my email is an alias to my mobile phone. I don't understand because although I have had to change my password, I have never had any problems before and I am getting quite fed up with this situation.
