neelimark :

is it happened only for Word document ?

neelimark :

or for all programs ?

Customer:

not sure...whqt other programs use same pointer format?

neelimark :

If this issue happened recently , you can do a system restore to fix this issue

neelimark :

Follow the instructions in this links to do a system restore

neelimark :

For windows XP

neelimark :

For windows 7

neelimark :

Restore your system to a date in which no issue was there

neelimark :

that should fix the issue

Customer:

will try...but have already tried a complete removal of WORD and a re-install. Can't do more at present time...later.

neelimark :

that won't help some times

neelimark :

but system restore is much more helpful to fix this issue

neelimark :

try this and let me know
