What happens when you try to open a JPG file?

get error message "Cannot create file: photo.JPG. Right-click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder"

Hello this problem sounds to be caused by the temporary files on your PC. Please try the following:

Browse to "http://support.microsoft.com/kb/305982".

Download the Microsoft FixIt and run this, please advise if this helps.
