No disk available. All microsoft s/w was installed by Dell before delivery.
I got a normal startup with no problem. I tried about 5 times and it opened properly in all cases. I had taken no remedial method or "repair software" attempts.
As I recall the original error message (I cannot quote it exactly) it referred to something like nonexistant paths. It recommended trying again or searching for a folder named "SingleImageWW..msi" which I tried with no positive result -you recommended this action as well.
