I have received no "answer" on this web link - please recall that my problem is Outlook will not open - this precludes e-mail!
Expert:  Sandy replied 5 years ago.
please click start, in the search box please type SingleImageWW.msi and check if something related to appears or not.

If yes, pease click on it and try to install it.

Also, please tel me if you have Microsoft Office Disk or not.

Please open outlook and tell me the exact error message.
Customer: replied 5 years ago.

I got a normal startup with no problem. I tried about 5 times and it opened properly in all cases. I had taken no remedial method or "repair software" attempts.

As I recall the original error message (I cannot quote it exactly) it referred to something like nonexistant paths. It recommended trying again or searching for a folder named "SingleImageWW..msi" which I tried with no positive result -you recommended this action as well.

If this is going to be an intermittant problem (it smells that way now). is there a way for me to obtain a backup disk containing Outlook 2010?
Expert:  Sandy replied 5 years ago.

It was provided on a card that accompanied the "Drivers and Utilities" disk which
