I have installed Adobe Flash Player, yet it is not recognized.

Resolved Question:

I have installed Adobe Flash Player, yet it is not recognized. Have uninstalled, reinstalled; uninstalled, cleaned registry, reinstalled; uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled.

I continue to get 'you must install Adobe Flash Player to view this" message
