Hello, Welcome To JustAnswer Remember Only Click ACCEPT after the problem gets SOLVED Thanks & Regards Sibu
the file system seems to be corrupt in the hardc disk
you need to repartition and format in NTFS format
then you can only use recovery CD
i know, how do i recreate the dos/windows partition
http://ubcd.mirror.fusa.be/ubcd511.iso
click above link and download the iso image
then http://www.ntfs.com/iso-burning.htm
download iso burner from above
and using it burn the iso image onto a CD
then restart the computer with the CD
then it will boot and choose hard disk tool>>partition tool
there are many software there to format in DOS format
i have now booted with the cd as requested, i don't see the option for hard disk tool
ok what can you see on screen
ultimate boot cd v5.1.1
