first try entering into your system in safe mode

neelimark :

for that , restart your system and press the F8 key continuously until you get the startup options menu

from that menu select the safe mode

Hi,

 

Please do this

 

1: Click start > Run

2: On run window type devmgmt.msc press enter key

3: Double click Display adapters section . It will display the system adapter under it

4: Right click the adapter > click Uninstall .

Repeat the same if you find more than one adapter under Display adapters section

5: Once you uninstall the adapter right click Network adapers > click scan for hardware changes .

6: Now increase the screen resolution

Click start > Control panel > Display > Settings > Move screen resolution bar to desired point ( 1024 by 768) . Press Apply Button

Is it ok now
