On 2/26/2011 I was charged my 29.95 on my credit card as follows: sammsoft.com866-966-62 866=966-6254 wa ref # XXXXX Amount $29.95. Either I didn't install it correctly or something else went wrong but I have never received any benefit from it. Dean Andersen XXX@XXXXXX.XXX
