CompuGeek :

Customer :

I'm using fire fox...they are on your (this page) right now...and on every and any page i go to.

CompuGeek :

what text it is?

Customer :

computer....ACCEPT

Customer :

sorry, just the computer word

CompuGeek :

follow these steps

CompuGeek :

At the top of the Firefox window On the menu bar, click on the ToolsFirefoxEdit menu, and select Options...Preferences....
Select the Advanced panel.
Click on the Network tab.
In the Offline Storage section, click Clear Now.
Click OK to close the Options window Click Close to close the Preferences window Close the Preferences window.

Customer :

I did it...there was nothing there. Didn't seem to do anything.

Customer :

just checked out some more sites. It's still there.

CompuGeek :

can you send me a screen shot on this chat let me understand more clear

Customer :

Yes, where do i send it.

CompuGeek :

do you see a paper clip icon on the chat box click that to attach the file

Customer :

Ok, I'll give it shot right now

Customer :

Customer :

This isn't what I thought...I just did screen shots JPEG's....and thought i'd send those to you. When I click the link I just sent you via the paper clip "full size Image" it doesn't show what I'm talking about.

Customer :

The word "computer" should be green with two underlines and it's a text link. It also does a hover ad. I took screen shots if I can send them.

CompuGeek :

can i look at you computer using the remote access

Customer :

No, thanks. I've really got to go to bed soon.

Customer :

This is really not hard to describe. The word "computer" is a text link and also a mouse over hover ad. These green text links show up on all web pages I visit. It's some sort of sypwarre.I want to get rid of it. it's called Text enhance. You can google it. I just can't find anything i'm comfy with to eliminate it. I figured by paying it would be easy.

Hi! My name is XXXXXXXXX XXX I look forward to assisting you with this and providing you with the information you need.

This is normally caused by malware. Now, please go to this page:

http://ow.ly/6fNiP
(Type exactly as it appears if you cannot click it)

and download Malwarebytes for free. Simply click on Download file under the download link and forum link. Download, save, and run (install) it. You do not have to pay for the program at any time. It may prompt you for a trial; click “Decline”. Malwarebytes will then download updates, and then run the Quick Scan (Perform quick scan > Scan) and "Remove Selected" if it finds any items.

Further, this page has information on how to totally disable IntelliTXT from all web pages: http://www.contentious.com/2006/06/07/killing-intrusive-ads-with-firefox-extensions/

Let me know how it goes; thank you.

The Malware Bytes did not take it away. Will check the other link tomorrow.
