Hi. I am Rick and I will be your Computer Expert. I will do my best to assist you with your question.

Your Adobe flash program is probably corrupt and cannot translate and put an object on a page. Using your add/remove programs in the control panel uninstall adobe flash. THen go to the site below and download a new adobe flash from the site. See if that works.

I uninstalled the adobe flashplayer and downloaded adobeflash player but I'm still getting the object error message. Should I have uninstalled the adobe reader as well? Anything adobe?

2 more possibilities. Look and see if you have java installed and if so delete it and install a new version. Also there is a possibility that there is a virus on your computer causing this. If you need it I will get you a virus program to run.

Removing java didn't work
