I was told to log into member ID

Help! I was told to log into member ID to find out about my email address. I switched from AT&T in December of 2009 to Comcast. My email address was***@******.*** or***@******.*** (alias). I received an email (two) indicating that my address would be discontinued and to log onto a link to discuss details. Unfortunately, when I tried to log on, I received a message that they were unable to connect me. Please let me know what to do and how to do it?

When is the last time you signed into your ATT email account?

I signed in and am still in the account right now!

If you are in your ATT account then you have access to it.

You can forward or save any emails in there you wish to keep or export to Comcast.

Sorry Josh, I'm not tech savvy. I don't have a Comcast email account. I am still using AT&T as my email address. Is it still operational with Comcast as my provider? What did the message received from yahoo mean to me?

I am sorry I must have misread the issue.

If you are able to sign into your AT&T account then you still have access to the account.

It sounds like the email was a phishing email from a hacker. I would suggest you change your password ***** security question/answer immediately.

Yahoo! will not send you an email and ask you to sign in to fix anything.

You will not lose your Yahoo! email account because you are not with AT&T.

Yahoo! offers free emails accounts to anyone. I currently have a Yahoo! email account along with a Hotmail, Gmail, etc and I do not have AT&T

You do not need to contact Yahoo! regarding this issue.

I am sorry that someone told you that you would lose your email account but you will NOT lose your Yahoo!! email account because of being with Comcast.
