hello, I have a Linksys wireless-G router Model : WRT54G, it is functional but I was told it is not securized, What do I do to correct this?

actually your router connects with the internet service provider when you provide it few parameters like IP address

I don't know my IP address but I remember seeing it . Can you tell me how to access it in the computer ?

you IP address is not enough

as you asked I reseted the router , and lost the connection , after connecting and disconnecting wires several times + reseting again the router, I am finally back , they said computers are supposed to save us time ????
