google chrome connection error Error 102 (net ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED)

Resolved Question:

google chrome connection error: Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): The server refused the connection. Connection was fine yesterday, not today. IE works fine. Uninstalled/installed google chrome with no change.

you need to open mcafee Click On Firewall ---> Settings ----> Click on Program Permissions ----> Select Google Chrome and set it to full access in case you are unable to find the setting
