My Incredimail will receive emails,but will not send or forward

My Incredimail will receive emails,but will not send or forward mail. Gives the error "athenicaton failed, message not sent"
I tried my ISP tech with out any success.

I understand from reading over your case that you are having some issues sending mail using Incredimail.


First, I would like to check the settings on the account:


  • Select the account that is not working, and click on properties
  • Select the Servers tab
  • Make sure "Log on using Secure Password XXXXX" is not checked
  • Click on the Advanced tab
  • Confirm "This server requires a secure connection (SSL) is not checked.
  • Do that for both outgoing and incoming mail
  • Click OK
