Great! Can you please tell me how the monitors are behaving that they are not working?
i have only one hooked up right now alongside my 32" Haier monitor and when i touch the touchscreen it only shows up on the 32" and does not apply anything to the actual touchscreen

it is only a 3.5kb download is this just a patch and if so where do i apply it
Alright, please find the touchscreen in the device manager, right click on it and select update driver. Guide through the process pointing it to the .inf file that you downloaded please.
it says drivers are up to date
it still only shows up as before
its like when i want to use the touchscreen and try to do a function, the cursor is only working on the non touchscreen

Alright, please right click on the desktop and go to screen resolution. Please disable the extra monitor and then re-enable it.

Please try making the touchscreen your main monitor and see if that helps.

no it still only shows uo on the larger non touchscreen like the touchscreen monitor is only working like a touchpad on a laptop
Are you able to see anything on the touchscreen?
yes i can extend my desktop to it and send pages to it
and applications but the only response i get from it is with my mouse
