the keyboard is a wireless...and has been working up until a few days ago
I didn't find it on the page and just typed in the Model # and got the answer that the troubleshooting is no longer available on this model.
I also changed the batteries in the keyboard and pressed the "connect" button on the backside but no luck
I've run out of time for this right now. You've been very helpful. Maybe i can pick this up again tomorrow. So sorry.
