It starts on startup and will not go away
Ok, please go to Start> type msconfig in the search bar> press Enter. Then, go to 'Startup' tab and uncheck all aol items there and click Apply> Ok.Restart and see if the error popup still comes up.
Standby. It is my wifes computer and I will need to go to it. and , yes aol is in use

ok I am back. Seems I got booted off. I did what you suggested and it booted up with out the message popping up. We will wait and see what the future holds. Thanks.
