Do you have more than one HDMI connection on your TV?

The way to fix this is to plug it into another HDMI port on the TV or plug & unplug it in the same port if there is only one.

The Roku is known to have issues with the HDMI connections; for that reason, you may think about using the other connections to tv instead of the HDMI route.

Ok, please forget that I mentioned that then.
If you ever have any issues with this in the future, a simple unplug/plugging back in or turning the Roku off & on will fix the problem.
